How Does One Frame a Sunset

I've been felting pictures recently and the the next challenge is how to frame them well. I could frame them without glass as they are so tactile but I am concerned that too much dust might attach to them over time. The picture cannot touch the glass of the frame as it may lead to moisture developing so I am going to use a white 3-d frame. The challenge is how to attach the felt to the inside of the frame. Here's hoping! I'll update you with how it goes.

Here's the picture that needs framing. It has a wet felted background with a needlefelted tree and waves. The buttons come from my mum's old button tin and made rather unique rocks. The leaves are heart shaped sequins which have been sitting in a box for a few years now waiting for the right moment. The tree is tapestry wool pushed with the barbed needle into the felt and the waves are made from white wool roving.
